As we enter the week of Giving Tuesday, my heart is full of gratitude for what God is doing among Christian educators in our community. This past year has brought growth, connection, and countless reminders that God is at work in our schools through faithful educators who desire to honor Him in their daily calling.
At Victorious Educator Ministries (VEM), our mission remains the same: to walk alongside Christian educators so they never feel alone as they live out their faith in the workplace. This year we’ve continued to invest in our five AIMS, which guide everything we do.
1. Share how God is moving and working in our schools.
While we may not hear every story firsthand, we know God is moving in powerful ways. Inside our online community, we’ve created weekly rhythms that help educators reflect, share, and encourage one another.
Mission Monday – focusing together on a Christ-centered theme for the week
Tuesday Tips – offering practical, faith-filled ideas to fellow educators
Word Wednesday – sharing Scripture that strengthens and reminds us of God’s promises
Friday Victories – celebrating answered prayers, joyful moments, and how God is working in everyday moments
These weekly touchpoints help bring to light the many ways God is present in our schools through simple but faithful acts.
2. Seek guidance through God’s Word.
God’s Word remains our anchor, and we intentionally point educators back to Scripture in various ways.
Bi-weekly blogs addressing real struggles and hopes in education
Devotionals that follow each blog to help educators reflect and respond
Resources that encourage a Biblical worldview in the school environment
Our desire is that every educator feels spiritually equipped for the week ahead.
3. Support each other through prayer.
Prayer continues to be the heartbeat of our ministry. On the 7th day of every month, the VEM Board sets aside intentional time to pray over the needs of Christian educators across our nation. We gather prayer requests from our community, and each one is prayed for specifically. We also select members from our Facebook group at random and cover them in prayer, asking God to strengthen, guide, and encourage them in their calling.
No educator should ever feel unseen or alone. Through this monthly time of intercession, we’re committed to standing in the gap for those serving in our schools.
4. Grow spiritually in our walk with Christ.
Through Christ-centered resources — including Taking Jesus to School: The Fruit of the Spirit on Display — educators are learning how to bring their faith authentically into their classrooms, relationships, and daily decisions. Our content is designed to help educators grow at their own pace right where God has placed them.
5. Gather together to build up one another.
While we have not yet launched in-person or online gatherings, our vision is to create those opportunities in the future as the ministry continues to grow. We look forward to the day when Christian educators can meet face-to-face for encouragement, equipping, and connection.
As we move toward Giving Tuesday, we invite you to partner with us — not just by contributing financially but also by sharing this ministry with those who care deeply about Christian educators. Your support allows us to continue providing…
